General provisions
1.1. These training sales rules (hereinafter “Rules”), upon approval by the Buyer (after familiarizing with the Rules and ticking the box next to the statement “I agree”), are a binding legal document for the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, as well as the conditions for purchasing and paying for the training , the parties’ responsibility and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of training on the website www.zinius.lt.
1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or add to the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.
1.3. You have the right to buy on the website www.zinius.lt:
1.3.1. able natural persons, i.e. persons whose capacity is not limited by court procedure
1.3.2. legal entities
1.3.3. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
Protection of personal data
2.1. In order to purchase training on the website www.zinius.lt, the buyer must register on this website by entering his registration name (e-mail address) and password. By approving these rules, the buyer agrees that information messages necessary to fulfill the order will be sent to the e-mail address specified by him.
The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract
3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after choosing the training and forming the training basket, familiarizes himself with the Rules and ticks the “I agree” statement.
3.2. Each purchase-sale contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the database of the website www.zinius.lt.
Buyer’s rights
4.1. The buyer has the right to purchase training on the website www.zinius.lt in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
4.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the remote training purchase-sale contract if the seller does not fulfill his obligations.
4.3. The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the remote training purchase-sale contract, according to which the goods have been fully transferred to the user, if the user’s clear consent and recognition that he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract when the Seller fully fulfills the contract was obtained before the sale of the training.
Obligations of the buyer
5.1. The buyer must pay for the training and accept it in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
5.2. Before concluding a remote purchase-sale contract, the Buyer undertakes to familiarize himself with all purchase conditions in detail.
5.3. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about this via the contacts indicated in the “Contacts” section.
5.4. The buyer, using the website www.zinius.lt, undertakes to comply with these Rules and other conditions and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the website www.zinius.lt or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his ability to use the website www.zinius.lt or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
6.2. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the website www.zinius.lt without notifying the Buyer in advance.
Obligations of the seller
7.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase training on the website www.zinius.lt under the conditions set out in these Rules.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy right to his personal information, specified in the registration form of the website www.zinius.lt, except for the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the “Rules on Personal Data Protection”.
7.3. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the training purchased by him under the conditions specified in the Rules.
7.4. The Seller, unable to sell the training paid to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 working days.
Training prices, payment procedure and deadlines
8.1. Training prices on the website www.zinius.lt and in the formed order are indicated in euros with VAT.
8.2. The buyer pays for training in the ways provided by www.zinius.lt.
Training quality guarantee
9.1. Every training sold on the website www.zinius.lt is guaranteed for manufacturing defects (image, sound, accessories), but no guarantee is given for intellectual property content.
Responsibility
10.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.
10.2. The buyer is responsible for actions performed using the website www.zinius.lt
10.3. The buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the website www.zinius.lt is used by a third person who has connected to the website using the Buyer’s login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.
10.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.
10.5. If the Seller’s website contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.
10.6. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for direct losses.
Shares
11.1. The seller can initiate various promotions on the website www.zinius.lt at his discretion.
11.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the shares, as well as to cancel them. Any changes or cancellation of the order of the conditions of the shares are valid only going forward, i.e. from the moment of their execution.
Exchange of information
12.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
12.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the contacts specified in the “Contacts” section of the Seller’s online store.
Final Provisions
13.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2. Relations arising on the basis of these rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.3. The Buyer has the right to apply to the State Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights regarding the non-judicial investigation of the dispute.
13.4. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
